I placed my order this morning - I ordered a 9.5-inch cazuela:

https://www.tienda.com/products/mediterranean-blue-terra-cotta-cazuela-9.5-inch-ca-35.html

I would have preferred one in the 12- or 13-inch range, but for some reason the price took a huge jump, and I was not able to justify the cost to The Beautiful Mrs. Tas.

Also, to bring the order over 21 dollars, I ordered some dried Ñoras peppers:

https://www.tienda.com/products/noras-dried-peppers-la-dalia-sp-41.html

The description of these peppers was very intriguing:

Quote Ñora peppers are a small, round, intense and sweet-fleshed red pepper that is always used dry, to add flavor to stews, cocidos or soups. It may also be an ingredient in some chorizo sausages.

In Spanish cuisine they are much more commonly used than chili peppers. They lend a wonderfully earthy taste to many rice dishes, such as paella and arroz a banda, where they lend their distinctive flavor.

I may also save some seeds and try to grow these peppers next year. I am finding out that my thumb isn't very green; however, if I can grow these, a steady supply of fresh Spainsh peppers - especially with this profile - peppers would really be nice. I think I tried to grow these or a similar ppeper once from Spain (I believe it was called a Sheep's Nose or Bull's Nose), but the seeds must have been old, and I never did get any to come up.

Flat-rate shipping as only 9.95, so I'd say it was a pretty good deal, all-around.

Is there a limit on the price? Like it has to be over a certain amount? Or if I buy something for $21 does it essentially make it free (plus cost of shipping)?

Right - You only need to spend 21.00, in order to meet the promotion; so if you find an item for 21.00, it is essentially free, plus the cost of shipping.

In my case, the cazuela was a little under the 21.00, so I ordered the peppers to fill the gap.
