Sorry mate,I only got a few pics of the lamb between drinksCoolDidnt get any other pics at all.
Home made needle and the stitching is pretty easy,even for a ruff bugger like me self lol

Here is a few pics of the lamb(it weighed in at 25kg on the hook)
I stuffed it with lemon,garlic and rosemary and garlic salt
Basted it with the same as above

now that's something i've never seen before - very cool, and i can only imagine how good that must have been. it's got all the right ingredients, and being cooked outdoors always adds something special!
