A special thank you goes out today to Barbara Williams at DVO software. During my recent computer crash, I lost everything when my hard drive was formatted. Barbara arranged for me to download and re-install the software that I had purchased from them some time back. It's just a pleasant surprise to get good customer service in this day and age, and I always appreciate it when it happens.

If any of you on the forum are interested in a recipe management software (and much more) this is the one I use after having been disappointed in trials of many others. You can read up about it here if you'd like.

 Yes, it is great, and from a businessman's point of view I can also tell you it's great when someone takes the time to acknowledge a job well done.
