Well, got home yesterday afternoon and there was a package waiting for me from La Tienda. I hadn't ordered anything, but the wife said "you have to open that now". It was an early birthday gift and quite obviously perishable. It contained a nice package of genuine Spanish chorizo, and a book which you see pictured below.

Guess I'm going to be turning out some new appetizers very soon.

now that looks like it will be a true treasure! the idea of spanish tapas is really something that should be cherished as it brings people togerther for good foods and good times!
