   As many of your saw, I spare no opportunity to spread the word about companies---like Sustainable Seed Co.---which provide lousy service. I feel the same way about companies that provide great service too.

Case in point: The Savory Spice Shop, from whom I'd ordered the powdered honey we've been discussing. 

My order was processed quickly, and arrived on time. Each of the packets I'd ordered contained slightly more than the nominal weight (that's called "giving good measure"). In addition, there was a gift-card type envelope. On he outside it said, "Enjoy our featured blend of the week." Inside was a half-ounce packet of an herbal blend; in this case for their Greek seasoning.

Sure, that's just an investment in future sales. But how many companies are doing it?

All in all, I'm very pleased with this company. You can bet I'll be using them again; probably often.
