....if you don't have a pizza stone, stick a large cast-iron frying pan in the oven and pre-heat it, then slide your assembled pizza onto that....
heck, you might even be able to put the pan in upside down, so you don't have to worry about catching on the lip ~
of course, if deep dish is your goal, then simply assemble the pizza in a (not pre-heated) cast-iron pan with the crust going up the sides......
