Ok folks...I know we have some Aussies here on the forum, and I know it's getting close to summer down there. Has anyone got a good recipe for an "Aussieburger"?

I know they are supposed to have pickled beets on them, and fried eggs, but that's the extent of my expertise. If some one could walk us through the process, it would be greatly appreciated.
