Well its Australia Day here today so thought we had better be patriotic
![]() So decided to cook a boned out piece of lamb Here it is Boned out home grown lamb marinated in fresh garlic and rosemary,seared over charcoal and then slow cooked on the smoker. Served with crispy roast spuds and an asian salad Also browned some butter with garlic and rosemary which we used to dress the lamb This was blood beautiful.
