while in sante fe new mexico last month we ran into a little store that had dozens of types of balsamic vinegars.  the selection was fantastic and we were able to taste different varieties at will.  things like raspberry, peach, 18 yr old grape, jalapeno etc.  They do a mail order business.  here's the site:
www.oleaceaeoliveoil.com
rather inexpensive at about $18.00/bottle average.
