Ahron, Wow ... a guacamole dip / sándwich ... Very delicious ... and very healthy too ... Ever stuff an avocado with shrimp, crab, lobster or; egg salad or breast of chicken salad ? Also, mango, papaya, red onion, cilantro, lime juice drizzle and tomato in an avocado ! All wonderful ... GREAT IDEA, AND SIMPLE ... That bread, looks extraordinarily Spanish too !!! Kindest.
