Bullìpedia is an ongoing project documenting 5,000 international food products, their origins, their analysis, their formation & background, their historic and up to date culinary uses, etcetra.

 
The worldwide web shall start to become public in 2016.

The bullípedia shall be available in:  Catalan, English and Spanish.

This shall be an exemplary tool for professionals, students, restaurateurs, Chefs, medical experts and scientists.

The contributors to this project include, Nutritionists, Doctors, Cultivators, Farmers, Univeristy specialists in a wide variety of medical and nutritional fields, etcetra.

Thank you very much. The teams of research investigators were hired by Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. 

I am on their mailing so I shall keep FOTW members who are interested, up to date on this project.
