Good Morning, A couple of weeks ago, my husband and I drove down to LA VERA, EXTREMADURA which is a 3 hour drive from the Madrid Capital southwest to attend a Smoked Paprika Event Tasting and Chef Show Cooking on how to use SMOKED PAPRIKAS ...
During this, mini escape from the Madrid Capital; I had taken numerous photos of the local charcuterie of the region and decided to post the photos ...
I did not want to upload the photos in the Iberian Section, because, these photos are Charcuterie focused and there are no recipes ... These cold cut deli meats, can be made worldwide ...
