Since you guys liked the Grilled Cheese Academy so much I thought I'd share this with you also. Again, brought to you by Wisconsin's Dairy Farmers. If this doesn't make you hungry you might check your pulse and respiration. See the recipes under each type of cheese.  RD

Rocky, you have certainly hit on one of my passions~ cheese! I've only met one cheese in my life I didn't like, but that's a story unto itself. Wonderful link and a great addition to our forum. Thanks!

LOL  No Dave, it was almost as bad tho.....I innocently ordered some "Garrotxa" from Spain and not only was overwhelmed by the rotting pungency, but smelled out the mailroom of my apartment complex and caused them to think they had a dead rodent trapped in the offices. To boot, I steeled myself and actually tried it. Furthermore, I served it to my then-girlfriend, who in all graciousness swallowed the bite and recommended we stay with something milder. She is now my wife, the beautiful Mrs Rivet.

The details of the event are much more, and funnier, but that's the gist of it!

Hah! You're right Dave, but apparently she does Smile That cheese was so strong and nasty....and it came wrapped in mold-slimy green cheesecloth that looked like tutankhamen's used foot bandaging!
