Chimichurri A La Dave

Serves: 6

Argentine garlic sauce that is great with grilled steak or poultry

   1 cup parsley minced
   1/4 cup cilantro minced
   1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
   2 tablespoons lime juice
   2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
   2 cloves garlic minced
   1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
   1/4 cup onions minced
   1/4 cup kalamata olives minced
   1/2 teaspoon salt

combine all ingredients...if you wish, puree in pulses in food processor.

make 2 hours ahead and let sit at room temperature.
