I am finding that I really like this stuff, which is imported from Holland:

I tried the red wine version last week, and really, enjoyed it. The Beautiful Mrs. tas found to be quite hars, exceedingly so, when she sampled it; however, this was when it had been just opened. I let the rest of it "breathe" for a while, and it really tamed the wine, releasing a wonderfuyl warmth and a full flavour that went in great harmony with the rich, creamy chocolate.

It's probably not "fine-wining," but it sure is good! Of course, I have no idea what it would go with, except maybe cake and/or ice cream....

Tas,

Which ingredients are labelled on bottle ?

Possibly, a Mexican " Mole "  ... Possibly ... It is prepared with wine, and chocolate ... and of course, garlic, onion, chili peppers, potatoes, salt, red pep flakes, and chicken ... amongst other ingredients.

It is also a cocktail with cream ... and ice ...

I tried some of that a while back. Not bad. Not my cup of tea, but then I'm not a wine drinker.

Tas,

I am a TRUE purist when it comes to my wines; however, could probably be interesting in a Mexican Mole Chicken dish ...

Here's the ingredient list.

“Ingredients: grape wine with artificial flavor, cream and artificial colors.”

I think I'll pass on this..
