Good evening,

Does anyone have a special Christmas Book on their list or two ?

1) Eleven Madison Park Cookbook : More for armchair with fourstar gastronomy along with stunning photographs ...

2) To finish my collection of The 2 Greedy Italians ( I do not have 2)

I have more books than a retail book shop, a true collector of gastronomic books.

I have numerous books on Le Maîtré Paul Bucose ... I have a list of French chefs and books I would enjoy having.
