Just curious, what is everybody doing for the 24th, and 25th ? The 31st and the 1st ? I know that we all have family legacy récipes that we prepare each year, and sometimes we change from the maternal to the paternal and vice versa. Would enjoy sharing ... 1 / I am going to be travelling to visit my younger daughter in Hong Kong for New Year´s. Each year, our New Year´s Eve maternal French heritage, brings us to FONDUE. A 3 course FONDUE. We begin with a 4 to 6 French Cheese Fondue ... We have a filet mignon 2nd course Fondue and we polish off a Chocolate Fondue with Fresh Fruit for the dessert. My mom´s French Cheese Fondue was posted lasted year for Anne in the French Section. 2 / For Christmas, I will be visiting close Friends in Madrid, so it shall be primarily a variety of shellfish starters and fish as a main course for the 24th. Sincé I will be travelling on the 25th, what ever is served aboard the plane !! 3 / I will be returning to Paris on the 6th and then, transferring for a flight to Madrid on the 3 Wise Men, so I am not celebrating this year. My younger un identical twin daughter Nathalia has been living in Hong Kong for 1 year, and she shall be returning to her home which is the Centre City of Zúrich, Switzerland. She is a gemologist on a professional Project at the corporation´s new offices and retail shops in Hong Kong. So, since I have never been to Asia, I am very excited. All my best wishes for a healthy, successful and fulfilling 2015 to all and a happy holiday. |

I'm going to my parents' house, but I don't know what anyone's cooking yet. I was going to make barley soup, but my trial run was a flop.
