Hi All,
Well it all started with my Wife's cookbook collection, too large. So we had to sell some of her cookbooks and 13 years later we have bought and sold over 400 sets of each series, The Good Cook and Foods of the World, both by Time Life. We now know a lot about the publishing and history of the two series, bindings, Editors & Contributing Authors, ISBN numbers and so on, but, we have not had enough time to cook with the recipes to really enjoy all that the series offers.
This forum looks to be the place, where the sharing from the members will help us to pick and learn about some of the best recipes to enjoy from the series.
Thanks in advance to all of the members of the forum.

Robert,

Surely, I am an avid collector of Mediterranean recipes, since I have lived in Mediterranean 20 years. I read cookbooks as one would read a mystery ! and talk in gastronomic methaphors ...

Look forward to your posts ...

Welcome Aboard.
