I have the privilege of testing recipes for Harris Salat's new book on Japanese Grilling. These are the Crispy Chicken Wings with 7 Spice Powder. I questioned a few steps along the way but stuck to the recipe and I must say these wings were INCREDIBLE!!! I will share the recipe when I am allowed to. (When the book is published)
