i found nice wine Leaves so i made a Greek Evening on the menu was 1 Dolmades 2 greek salad with feta cheese 3 fried haloumi cheese 4 tzatziki and a good beer Thanks for looking |

Ahron, Stunning ... Thanks so much for posting your recipes and your photos ...
I am quite a fan of Greek cuisine ... and prepare it quite often when we are over in Puglia ... as Korfu is only 55 km. via ferry ... Easier to obtain fresh seasonal products ...

That Greek Horiatiki Salad looks so good.
Congrats on the nice menu ..... dolmades is something Greeks really love. They prepare them with wine leaves,fresh cabbage leaves, sauerkraut leaves and serve them with avgolemono sauce. Those can be stuffed with rice only or rice and minced meat. Dolmades made from Romain lettuce leaves are stuffed with rice and minced meat and are cooked in tomato sauce. :)

Fab ideas for dolmades too.
Aron is Israeli has eastern Mediterranean roots, and does some lovely regional cuisine of the eastern Mediterranean ...
