yep, bacon and cheese - a perfect combination!
 
I'm guessing the puffiness came from the amount of beating the eggs took, but that's just a guess ~

These have kind of become a regular thing, both as breakfast or brunch - and sometimes even supper - around our house.

They are quick, easy, versatile and cheap - and the possibilities are endless, where ideas, themes and ingredients are concerned.
