Looks really good, but is there any commentary, recipe or explanations?

Tas,

Exojiko: this is an aromatic rice with veal, Greek spices, pinenuts, wrapped in a phyllo dough and baked until Golden and crisp. Quite divine and aromatic ...

Brocheta Delfos, is veal on skewers served with a baked potato & Greek Goat yogurt ...

The Bifteki: similar to Keftedes, however, prepared with ground beef or ground lamb or a combination stuffed with goat feta cheese and Greek seasonings.

We went out last week for this lunch; however, it is the only traditional Greek restaurant ( 3 generations, grandmom, mom and daughter ) in Madrid ... and prices are surely just and fair.

I could get the récipes for the Exojico and the Bifteki and the herb mixture used for the kebabs, however, I am leaving on Friday the 9th at 7am for the USA, to go see my Mom for 7 days 6 nights, and am staying with old dear French lady friend who owns a restaurant and we know each other from Manhattan for years ...

Filippo is working and shall wait for me to return, and then, we are going to Puglia ...

The restaurant DELFOS GRIEGO RESTAURANT will be closed from the 4th of August through the 18th ...

When I return, I can surely obtain the récipes from the owner as I am writing about the restaurant for my GOURMET CHOICE COLUMN.

I return to work on 2nd September ...

Have a lovely evening.
Margaux.
