Now that's an outstanding book! I went to the amazon link and read all about it, this is a book I would definitely want to own and certainly recommend. Nice to have a single place to look up any new foods, spices etcetera you learn about. Plus......being a book lover, I don't think anyone can have too many books!

Since you called this the food bible, let me share with you the wine bible. It really is called the wine bible and it is the perfect resoource for anyone wanting to learn about wine. Well written, full of facts and tastings, as well as food pairings, all written in an easy reading friendly style.
