Very interesting article .. Thank you very much for posting it .. 1) Collards @ $66.00 a pound is insanity .. 2) Ofal Meats: I live in Spain 25 years, (and prior, Italy) and Organ meats are very inexpensive in Spain. Calves Liver is 5.95 Euros Kilo .. And most of the others including Kidneys which are prepared in Sherry through out the Andalusia Autonomous Regions, are less than that .. 3) Calamari is 6 Euros a kilo and Squid ( Sepia ) is 9 Euros a Kilo and Chopitos ( Baby Squids ) are 5 or 6 Euros a Kilo .. A bar Fried Calamari Spanish Baugette is 3 Euros and has 10 Arc rounds of thick fresh Calamari ! Maybe time to consider a relocation ! Ha Ha Ha .. Have a lovely Memorial Weekend .. |
