Awesome JD! Looks just like the "Big Green Egg" we have available. They are very, very pricey over here in the states. All the reviews I've heard on them are terrific...they hold temps well with less fuel use....hold temps for hours on end with no fuss or muss. 

Can't wait to see what you smoke in it, and how it comes out!

How high did you run the temp up for the Pizza JD?

I hear you can get those things up to around 800°F

I only cranked it up to 500°F mate.They reckon they will get up to over 800°FShocked
Here is the last one we done.
My misses is still saying how good these were and they were the best crispy bases we have ever had on a pizza
Defiantly will be doing pizzas again shortly
