looking great! i think i have a recipe or two somewhere for wild turkeys; i've never tried them, but as i underestand it, they do need slightly-different methods from the domestic ones we are all familiar with at thanksgiving and Christmas time.

One of the turkeys is at a taxidermist in Great Falls. The other was breasted out and cut into strips, dredged in seasoned flour and fried, Came out very good.
