Hi,
My name is Scott and I got here from Smoking Meat Forum. Right now, my house is full of the smell coming from one of TasunkaWitko's Carbonade recipes. My first attempt at this is inside, my next try will be outside on the grill and smoker.
I saw the post about this website and am excited to learn more from you guys!
