Let's face it. Sous vide equipment is expensive. I've been keeping tabs on a couple of companies that have been promising a $199.00 immersion circulator for almost a year now and it finally happened.

I keep looking guys but I haven't seen anything for less than $300 except the Anova. I've seen 4 or 5 of the same as mine all asking $500 to $800.
