I just picked up some saffron, paprika and bomba rice. Guess I've really got no excuse not to make paella now.

Thanks for posting this, Mike - I took advantage of the discount and ordered some mild chorizo and fire-roasted piquillo peppers. 

These ingredients will go along with some others that I recently ordered to make a paella in the new, 15-inch paellera that I just recently received from La Tienda ... inspired by Dave!
