How about it folks....anyone going to cook Deutchland style?
We will be doing some nice sauerbraten with gingersnap gravy, braised red cabbage with apples and potato pancakes this weekend. This will of course be accompanied by various beers and some good reisling. And of course some German chocolate cake for dessert.

Good menu, except for German chocolate cake which is actually american, and named after Sam German
 .We're doing Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend.

AK1, how many pitchers does it take before you pour one over you?
I really like actual draft beer, very hard to find around here, the bunch of wimps all seems to go for lite beer, ugg!!!!!!! |
