Hello all,
 
My name is John.  I travel a bunch and always try local cuisine wherever I am.  When I find things I like, I learn how to recreate them.  Cooking is one of my favorite hobbies along with brewing beer.  I currently reside in WSalt Lake city but have alos lived in Rhode ISland, Chicago, Norhtern California and the London, England Metro area.
 
I look forward to learning and sharing.
