Picked up a new toy recently. Master Forge 2 door smoker. I'm thinking this could work well for cold smoking.http://www.lowes.ca/smokers/master-forge-15000-btu-propane-vertical-smoker_g1361739.html

I've been looking around lately, and have considered a few options. One was a Masterbuilt electric.

Basically, I wanted something in a tall cabinet style that I could hang sausage in. I don't need the propane for heat. As a matter of fact I'll probably convert it to natural gas, just so I don't have to worry about tanks running out.
Reading about some of the issues about temp, it's not a big concern for me as I have the UDS to do long smokes. I'm more concerned about having a tall cabinet that I can hang meat in and let it cold smoke. It'll be fun.
