very nice, ann - like you, i think it's best to cut and package our own ~ not only is it 100% organic, but we know exactly where the meat was at all stages! :)

LOL, I was just looking at your thread, missed it at first.  I am finishing up the last deer of the season.  Cut steaks and stew meat today, finish tomorrow with ground meat.  I aged it two weeks and am happy with the results.  Grilling tenderloins tomorrow night.
