Outstanding job as always JD.....it's winter up here as you know, and I'm hankering to have some good grilled food. 

It's -14°C here this morning, so I guess I won't be grilling any time soon.

Unfortunately, we are living in an Urban setting so grilling outdoors is impossible. However, the oven can roast a lovely lamb too ...

I love this done by boning out the lamb leg and cooking on the Kamado or hooded bbq
This is my favorite way of eating lamb,I bloody love it


I took a pic of it all sliced up with the sauce on it but it came out blurry,grrr

On the plate


And my daughter made a lovely apple crumble to finish it all off
