Outstanding job as always JD.....it's winter up here as you know, and I'm hankering to have some good grilled food.
It's -14°C here this morning, so I guess I won't be grilling any time soon. I'm jealous as hell my friend...glad you enjoyed your meal

Your lamb looks scrumptuous too ... Unfortunately, we are living in an Urban setting so grilling outdoors is impossible. However, the oven can roast a lovely lamb too ... Have a lovely wkend. Margi.

I love this done by boning out the lamb leg and cooking on the Kamado or hooded bbq
This is my favorite way of eating lamb,I bloody love it I took a pic of it all sliced up with the sauce on it but it came out blurry,grrr On the plate And my daughter made a lovely apple crumble to finish it all off |
