Hi all;

I'm wondering, can I freeze linden flowers?  My tree is about a week from blooming, and I'd like to know if I could freeze the flowers, or should I just dry them.

Thanks
Darko

I'm not familiar with processing them at all (way too hot here for them!) but drying sounds better for general flower preservation.
