This is my first dish in my Series  childhood food Memories   .

for the soup

4  beet

2 . onion diced small

3 . tomato’s skinless

     Celery

3 . medium carrots

    Tomato paste  

Salt ,pepper ,sugar ,chicken stock powder ,water.

For the filling

½ kg mince meat

1 onion diced

 1 tsp. Salt, 1 tsp pepper , 2tsp baharat (http://www.food.com/recipe/baharat-spice-blend-224763)

For the dumpling

3 cups semolina 1 ½ cups matzo meal  (http://bakingbites.com/2011/04/what-is-matzo-meal/)

3 cups water

First  fry  the onion and the meat add spices and let it get cold

Soup

Fry onion carrots tomato’s a  add the water tomato’s paste , chicken stock ,beet , celery , salt and pepper .

Dumpling

Mix all together and let it rest for 45 minutes

Fill them with the meat

Follow the photos  

Put them in the freezer  over night .

Next day add the dumpling to the hot soup and let it cook for 45 minutes.

Serve in a Deep bowl you can add cooked rice .
