my mom used to make it every summer .
it is quick and easy.
600 gr strawberry
1 white egg
1 cup of sugar
in a mixer
mix well till it doubles in volume and it stiffen.

My grandma used to make something she called Raspberry Whip. I wonder if it was similar?

Did you mean egg white? as opposed to "white egg"
