This recipe comes from the kitchen of my father's sister, Mary. It's meant to be essentially a weeknight-type of meal, so it is nothing complicated or elaborate; however, she says it is her favourite lasagna recipe, and I am sharing it here with you:
It goes without saying that some hot, crusty, buttered garlic bread would this a meal fit for a castle. The only thing I would do differently would be put the broiler on for a few minutes at the end, in order to brown the cheese; otherwise, I will be making this the next time I make lasagna. Oh - and, I would almost certainty add more garlic... |
