Spanish Tomato BBQ Sauce ..

1 cup of White wine ( Fino Sherry )
1 / 4 Cup of Evoo
1 / 4  Cup of San Marzano or fresh ripe red juicy tomatoes
1 médium onion minced
3 cloves of minced garlic
1 tiny dry red chili pepper called "guindillas "
1 / 2 Tsp. of grated lemon zest 
2 bay leaves 
Salt to taste 
Black pepper to taste 

Marinate the beef in this ..

It is a lovely marinade for oven grilling or outdoor grilling ( BBQ ) .. 

Give it a try and perhaps you might wish to add 1 / 8 of a teaspoon of pimentón ( Smoked La Vera Paprika ) too ..   Or the use of a different chili ..
