Well, things are getting very interesting here along the east coast. Saying prayers for our dear friend Sigrid Overcash, who happens to live about 75 feet from Pamlico sound at an elevation of about 18 inches above sea level. Sure hope you have already evacuated Sig, and that why you are not answering messages. We love you guys....please do whatever you have to .....stay safe!

Hoser,

Sorry to hear about your dear Friends ..

Perhaps doing a "Missing People Report at the Police Station ?

Do they have a cell mobile phone ?

Do you know their parents perhaps or grown children ?

I am sure you may have tried all these suggestions by now ..

Is Pamlico in Rhode Island ?

Surprised to hear that this región is  a flood zone ..

All my sincere best wishes for  you and your Friends and that all of you are  safe ..

Pamlico sound is in the outer banks of North Carolina Margi.....I'm sure my friends are smart enough to stay out of harms way. Just hoping it's nothing more than a communications problem.

Hoser,

Yes, Cape Hatteras and the Nags Head ( adored ) get hit with hurricanes unfortunately ..  Stunning región of The Usa.

I am a grand fan of Kitty Hawk too ..  and all those tiny fishermen´s  villages.  Reminds me of the Costa  Brava without the "Masias" ( the 1700 - 1800s Stone Mansions turned into Boutique Hotel Spas and reformed completely in the interiors ) ..

The coastal shores and beaches have a likeness.

All my best regards.

Here's to hoping that everyone battens down and stays safe - hurricanes are not something to mess with.

The news reports I have been hearing indicate that this is a pretty bad one, but that the Federal and State responses have been good, so far.

Let's all pray that things continue to be as good as they can ~
