I was thinking of a new way to bread chicken fillets, and then fry them. In addition to breadcrumbs orcornmeal, I wanted to experiment with puffed millet and I was not disappointed, it gave a greater crunchiness ... I thought that frying it could be a bit soggy, but the result was surprising. Here the recipe link here, I'll be glad to know what you think about it |
