Lately I've become a fan of Clotted Cream, or also known as Devonshire or Cornish Cream, and - being careful not to eat it too much, I'd like to try to prepare it at home ... but I've heard that it takes however about 12 hours of baking!
Does anyone know a method that is a little less challenging than the 12 hours, or should I just give in to the evidence? Thank you!
