   It ebbs and flows.  I'm trying to stay current with the video lectures and homework, but have fallen behind a bit on the labs.  I've got to get week 4 lab done this morning...then back to it Ouch

  edit add: finished week 4 lab, ugh!

   For anyone taking this course...there is an offer for Modernist Cuisine at Home- at a 20% discount.  You can find the link at the beginning of Week 7 - Weekly Overview - first page. The offer expires December 31, 2013.

   This is not the full, Encyclopedia version...but it is still costly.  So anyone who had thought about getting this book, the 20% savings is substantial.
