It's funny, when you think of all the quisines out there in all the places outside of the Americas that use chiles, some times heavily, and then know that hot chile was unheard of in any of those places before the early 1500's.

Does anyone have a good, tested recipe for pickling pike, sucker and/or carp that renders the bones edible?
