A friend of mine shared this recipe for Garlic Rosemary Salt recently on Facebook. To quote him: "amazing flavor in its simplicity".
I am going to make some up using the fresh rosemary from my herb garden. I found some nice, heavier two way glass herb shakers at the dollar store this past weekend, I am going to make these up as gifts (paired with an oven mitt). I am thinking my daughter can make them up as teacher's gifts for her teachers at Christmastime as well. Here is the recipe: Mix 2 Tbsp of kosher salt with 1 tsp each of granulated garlic and minced fresh rosemary.
