CHRISTMAS BROWNIE CUPCAKES

Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie Mix
Betty Crocker Whipped Chocolate Frosting
Hershey's Holiday Mint-Chocolate M&M's
Candy Canes, partially crushed
 
We've got family coming over for supper tonight, so Mrs Rivet was in charge of the desserts. One of them was her Christmas brownies, specially made in cupcake tins for an unusual holiday treat!
 
 
She cracked the candy canes -while still wrapped- with the handle end of a table knife, then unwrapped them into a bowl. The bigger pieces became the decorations, the smaller ones will sweeten her hot tea.
 
Twenty four cupcakes seemed to stretch for a full yard... They will pair up with fruitcake and pumpkin bread tonight!

here's the funny part - i just had a couple of these this morning at the office, and was thinking they would make a good post! they look great, john - compliments to mrs. rivet!
