This recipe comes from my aunt, Sandra Bohl Travis, whom I greatly miss.

---------------------

Sour Cream Enchiladas

Heat oven to 450°

3-½ Cups sour cream
3-5 oz Boned and diced chicken
1 4oz can of mushroom pieces
1 4oz can of diced chilies drained
1/3 cup of diced onions
1-tsp chili powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp of pepper
12-floured tortillas
Cooking oil
½ pound of shredded cheddar cheese

Mix above ingredients with ½ cup of sour cream.

Place 1 cup of sour cream in 13x9 baking dish

Lightly cook tortillas shells- make sure you can roll them.

Put filling in tortillas shells and roll them.

Place filled tortillas in sour cream and cover with reaming sour cream.

Bake on 450° for 8 min.
