By way of an explanation...

I talked to TasunkaWitko earlier and explained that due to health reasons, my wife and I were trying to adapt recipes to cut down on oils, processed food, additives etc.

I'll post them on the forum, but if it is all right with yourselves, will keep in some additional information that relates to the eating plan, for anyone who may follow it (also it means less editing and spelling mistakes for me :) ).

At it's (very over) simplest there are:
  • Protein days (Original)
  • Carbohydrate days (Green)
  • Mixed days (Extra Easy)
  • Healthy A -> something with calcium (e.g. cheese)
  • Healthy B -> something with fibre ( e.g. wholemeal bread)

The goal is to keep below 15 "syns" per day.  The count for meals differs depending upon which day you have chosen.

PS I should thank my wife at this point.  I find the recipes and she applies the healthy "magic" to them.
