Hi all... new to the forum... great topics and chats
 
Have recently started a blog charting a mad two month... television, radio, all charted via blog and saw me pack in the day job and follow my culinary job....
 
Not tied to any one style i am adventurous and like to try new things i have fusion ideas totally originl smack of bang factor that you will not find in any cookbook... collaborations between my brother and i he is very successfull in his own right but thats another story... i am just looking from feedback from like minded foodies...
 
maybe you can check me out on www.underpressure1982.blogspot.com and we can conjure some culinary delights together.. this forum is mega... feedback folks
