Had done this canning late last year and wanted to post it up here. If you have unripe tomatoes in your garden you need to can them with the ball recipe. Man they are a family fav now.
some of the stuff here are bottom left pepper jelly, bottom center green salsa, on the right zucchini semi-sweet pickles, top center green spicy pickled tomatoes (not tamatillos), top left spicy dill pickles

we made some of the best kosher dills i've ever had a couple-three years ago. got the basic recipe out of an old canning book but then i jacked it up with some tweaks and wow it was good. i think i wrote it down and will try to find it and post it.
